They put a new 50 year roof on our house in 2 days and we just ordered new shingles to be installed in April. When we do our windows and siding, Gene will be our guy!

It was a pleasure dealing with this firm on the purchase of many new windows and installation of those windows. The 3-member install team removed old and installed new very professionally; and did a great job on window trim around all windows, inside and outside. I was very impressed with their attention to detail, and clean-up. This is a great team and I highly recommend them.
They replaced our roof and skylights as scheduled, as quoted and on time. Even came in on a Saturday to finish the job. Any problems were addressed immediately. Both the owner Gene and his crew were very responsive to any questions. After the roof was done, a new crew came in, cleaned and repaired our gutters and installed gutter guards. Quality work for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Custom Built Remodeling.
I ordered a Provia entry and storm door set front Custom Built and I could not be happier with the result. Our new doors seal like a vault and I can already feel a difference in terms of maintaining the temperature in my house. On the day of installation, the installer Greg showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He then expertly removed my old door and replaced it quickly and, more importantly, he was very thorough. While Greg worked, Gene from Custom Built stopped by to ensure everything was going well and to answer any questions. Custom Built Remodeling replaced our roof this week. It looks great and they cleaned everything up beautifully. We are happy to have a lifetime warranty that can transfer if we ever sell the house. Gene Miller was great to work with, very accommodating and professional. His price was better than others we talked to and he provided more. Highly recommend!

I used Custom Built Remodeling to replace the roof on my townhome. Gene was great to work with and very responsive. The estimate for roof replacement beat the estimate I got from my cousins company. Install was less than a day. The crew was awesome. Clean too. My new roof looks so good, I've had neighbors stop me and ask who did it. As a first time homeowner, coming home to a leaking roof was such a gut wrenching feeling. After going through the process of getting estimates, Custom Built Remodeling far surpassed the competition. Their pricing is EXTREMELY fair, they use top of the line materials, and they were extremely responsive and patient with all of my questions. When it came down to our install day, the team was so fast, I couldn’t believe it! They took care to try and move around my yard without damaging anything and were very respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I am thankful for Gene and his crew and will be enjoying my new roof for years to come!
Gene was a pleasure to work with, very professional and responsive. New roof, gutters and shutters look GREAT! He was able to get the green architectural shingles that match our garage and was able to put a metal standing seam roof over the porch. Not all contractors can do that. Even went above and beyond to track down the right size and color for our new shutters. Super happy to have found him!
Working with Gene and his company was a SUPERB experience. Felt safe, secure, and that he was being open and honest with me through the whole process. He even moved us up his priority list due to an active leak and rain in the forecast. It’s been about a year since our new roof and we still love it every time we look at it.
